Be A Mental Health Ambassador for YOuth!
Are you interested in:
- Promoting mental wellness?
- Improving your leadership skills
- Enhancing your communication skills?
- Acquiring administrative skills?
- Making new friends?
The Youth Ambassador Program gives youths (ages 15-25) the opportunity to develop communication, leadership, and administrative skills while reducing the stigma of mental health challenges in the community!
We will provide youth ambassadors:
- Opportunities to lead groups and organize activities promoting mental wellness
- Training workshops to strengthen their interpersonal skills
- Office environments to learn administrative skills
- REFERENCE LETTERS upon completion of their voluntary services

Donations allow us to provide mental wellness support that are needed the most in our community. Together we can provide meaningful and effective programs that affects the individual.
We are a registered charity (Charity #866055635RR0001) and a charitable receipt is available for donations over $20.00.

2021 Mental Health Walk and Public Forum
CMWAC (Community Mental Wellness Association of Canada) held a successful and fun Mental Health Walk and Public Forum on Mental Health, on September 18th. This Forum addressed Mental Health issues with the support of our professional panelists to promote mental wellness to the community, particularly during this challenging time.
