Who are we?
The Community Mental Wellness Association of Canada (CMWAC) is dedicated to fostering mental wellness and resilience across diverse communities by providing accessible, culturally-sensitive support services and education. Our mission is to empower individuals, including seniors and minorities, through counseling, peer support, educational programs, and community engagement initiatives, aiming to reduce stigma, promote mental health awareness, and enhance the quality of life for all.
We are the Community Mental Wellness Association of Canada. We are a team of ordinary people who banded together to end the stigma of mental illness, empower our community and help our neighbours.

Youth Group
Our Youth Group at CMWAC are a group of young volunteer aged 15-24. Youth Group members get to learn new skills, make new friends and get leadership experience.

Weekly Heart to Heart Mental Health Webinar
Every week, rotating in Chinese and English, CMWAC hosts a mental health virtual seminar called Heart to Heart. In these meetings, participants can discuss their feelings and learn about mental health issues.
