Stand with a community that supports mental wellness, reduces stigma, and offers culturally-sensitive care for seniors, newcomers, and other diverse groups.
Your membership helps sustain counseling, peer support, and education programs tailored to our diverse community. Members receive updates on workshops and events, and invitations to take part in community initiatives and volunteer opportunities.
Counselling
Counselling at CMWAC is delivered by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) who hold recognized graduate-level credentials in counselling psychology or a related field and are registered with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). RCCs are trained to assess and address a broad range of mental health concerns using evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Counselling sessions at CMWAC are clinical in nature and operate within a regulated professional and ethical framework.
Support for our members
● Symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or other mental health challenges
● Relational difficulties, family conflict, or significant life disruptions
● Emotional dysregulation or difficulty coping with everyday stressors
● Support informed by a therapeutic relationship and clinical assessment
Members will have access to book up to two (2) one-on-one 30 minute life coaching or counselling sessions per month base
on time slot availability, and can enjoy a discount on items in the CMWAC thrift store.

You can send money to us by email (e-transfer), but please remember to note your name and write that this is the payment of membership fee.
Save the screenshot of the payment of the membership fee and send it to our email together with the completed form. We will register your information and tell your membership number after receiving your email and confirmation.
